I've been making a batch of soup every week for the last month or so. I love how easy soups are to make. They're packed full of nutrients, especially if you use homemade bone broth. This week I've been enjoying Paleo Chicken "Noodle" Soup. Made with homemade chicken bone broth, vegetables, pasture raised chicken and egg drop "noodles". I have to be honest, this is a recipe for quinoa lovers. I know many people who don't care for the strong flavor of quinoa, if you are one of those people, this recipe is not for you. Cheese making! Yes, my hubby is still making raw cheeses. Here is a pic of our "cheese cave" with raw cheddar and raw pepper jack cheese. We will be opening these babies up in the spring. I can't wait to try them!

Sprouted Triple Chocolate Cake! This is a very yummy chocolate cake for  those with gluten sensitivities. You  can top this cake with frosting of choice, or leave it as is. I used coconut cream! This recipe can easily be altered to be dairy free. I  used coconut milk and coconut oil in place of raw milk and butter. It  turns out great either way!
